Refunds
If you for some reason regret your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of when you receive the product(s). To ensure you that you are eligible for a refund, it is important that the product(s) has not lost any monetary value. If the product(s) returned is/are not in mint condition, we reserve the right to not refund the purchase. Due to hygienic reasons, products with breached product packaging will not be accepted as returns. When exercising the right of returning the product(s), you, the customer, will be charged for the return shipping cost (£4). You are also responsible for the return package until it is delivered to Apriori.
Returns
- To make sure you are eligible for a return/refund you need to contact our support at [email protected]. Please refer to the order number and specify which product you wish to return and the reason behind it.
- If you are eligible for a return/refund, we will send you a waybill that you can use to send us the product(s).
- When we have received the returned product(s), we will credit the payment, excluding the return shipping cost of £4, to the credit card used to make the initial payment. The refund will appear on your card within 2-3 work days.
Reclamations
If you have received a defected or damaged product, all you need to do is to contact our support at [email protected] and specify your order-number as well as information about the faulty product. If we conclude that there is a legitimate reason to return the product, we will send you a waybill via email for you to return the product at no cost. As soon as we have received the product, we will either send you a replacement product or a refund, depending on what you prefer.
